Though she doesn't play much basketball, Kayle is a tried and true Jayhawk. She earned her bachelor of arts in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. A proud native of Johnson County Kansas, she started her financial services career in the Kansas City area with Norwest Financial. She moved to Tulsa after a stint as a financial consultant with EVEREN, a Kansas City securities firm.

Kayle continued working in financial services, as a registered investment advisor with Penecost Capital Management, Inc., while attending law school at the University of Tulsa.
